Regarding Lab Results
It is office policy that lab results are not released before a consult with your doctor, unless previously or specially arranged. We do this because we spend time with patients going over results and do not find it overally clinically helpful to have results in hand when you do not have your doctor's interpretion. Therefore, it is advised that you schedule a follow up consult when labs are ordered. We recognize this is different from some clinics, but we find it allows us to provide you with the best health care guidance with the least amount of confusion.
Consent and Other Forms
All patients, new or existing, please sign the HIPPA Policy and the General Consent. IV patients also need to sign the General IV Consent.
Existing patients are invited to please fill out the questionaires so that we have updated information.
