  • Please wait in your vehicle when you arrive and call your provider
  • We request that you have a mask (a way to cover your face – scarf or bandana is fine) with you to wear while you are walking through areas where we cannot maintain 6’ spacing
  • Each provider will work with you to determine whether an in-office visit is necessary or whether your concerns can be addressed via telemedicine

If you have a respiratory illness, please call to schedule or change a visit already scheduled to a telemedicine appointment.  We can help you, and at this time it is optimal to begin with a phone conversation.  We have made the necessary changes to traffic flow and additional infection control steps have been put in place. We are being appropriately cautious to protect other patients and our staff.  Thank you for staying in touch with all your concerns. 

 

 

If you have a very time sensitive question or data about yourself to report on portal, please also call the office, let us know you left a message here on your portal. 

 

If you need a medicinary refill, please select Refill. Please do not select your doctor  to leave a refill request, it will be delayed because of the high volume of messages the doctors receive.
